Where We Ship
India Only (Currently)
We currently ship SkiePhone devices to addresses across India. International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this page when international delivery options become available.
You can check whether your pincode is serviceable at the time of checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before payment.
Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email from Shopify immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order is dispatched
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at contact@knowphone.in with your order number.
Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically make one or two additional attempts before returning the package to us. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number you provide at checkout are accurate.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package:
- We will contact you by email to arrange re-delivery or discuss options
- Re-delivery shipping costs will be charged to the customer
- If you choose not to accept re-delivery, we will refund the hardware cost minus original shipping charges
Shipping Charges
Current shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Charges vary by delivery option and pincode. We may offer free standard shipping promotions from time to time, which will be reflected at checkout when applicable.
